Delivery Information

Delivery Within UK

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class within 1 day, Mon – Sat. Multiple orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class free of charge. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 days after the expected time of delivery, please contact QBS for information. Please not that, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address as well as the valid contact information.

We also have a Premium Next Day delivery option operated by Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed service. If you order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.

Free Shipping is only available to UK Mainland, Highlands/Islands orders.

Worldwide Delivery:

All shipping charges are based on weight and location. All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard service.

Large volume European Deliveries will be handled by DPD and Worldwide shipping will be handled by UPS or FedEx.

Standard delivery within European Union and EEA takes around working 5 days.

Standard delivery to North America & Australia takes around 14 working days.
